At the beginning of March in Kiev on the Ukrainian President Administration initiative the seminar took place dedicated to the role of President 's decrees in economical strategy and social policy for the period of 2000-2004 years. At it was stated at the seminar by vice prime minister Yuri Ekhanurov Donbass efficiently uses the Law "About special economic zones and special regime of investment activity in Donetsk Region". In the Region the total amount of attracted non-budget investment is to reach USD 1 billion. Which is more than budget of whole Region. At the same time other regions fought for SEZ organization, the results having been poorer.
