The producer of domestic equipment the company "Group" Nord" (Donetsk) has built in the special economic zone "Donetsk" a plant on household appliances manufacture. The plant has already started to produce small-sized refrigerators, which will be exported abroad.. According to the president of the company "Group "Nord" Valentin Landyk, the plant will produce annually 300 thous. of small-sized refrigerators. The products are intended for export to the countries of Western Europe.

The investment project to the sum of 7 mln USD allowed to create about 600 new jobs. The governor of Donetsk region Victor Uanukovich noted that the implementation of the Law "About the special economic zones and special mode of investment activity in Donetsk region" affords an opportunity for the region not only to obtain investments and rise the economy, but also to solve effectively social problems.
