At the end of February T. Korotich the trade-economic attache of Vallonia Region of Belguim Embassy in Ukraine visited Donbass to make acquaintance of the Region, perspective of SEZ and priority development territories, to adjust contacts for collaboration between owners.

Mrs. Korotich acquaintance thoroughly with the system of legislative privileges for foreign investors, who would like to invest into enterprises of priority development territories (PDT) and special economic zones (SEZ). She is passing this information to Brussel within the next few days. According to Mrs. Korotich words the nimbers of big Belgium consortiums ("Fabrimetal", "Fabrichim") might already collaborate with those Donetsk enterprises which work in metal, chemical or plastic industries.

The discussions with Deputy Head of Regional State Administartion A. P. Kluev led to agreement about the opening of Belgium legation in Donetsk and Donetsk legation - in Belgium. First in Vallonia there is a presentation of Donetsk Region and the possibilities due to the "open doors" policy and SEZ legislation.
